How to measure your wrist for a medical id bracelet -
Use a soft cloth measuring tape or string. Wrap tape measure around smallest part of wrist where the wrist bends. taking a "snug" fit. Measure in front of the bone, towards the hand (In the indentation). Be sure to measure the wrist you will be wearing your medical bracelet on.
Sizing for Chain styles -
Add 3/4" to 1 full inch to your "ACTUAL" wrist size to get the finished length. Note: Be sure to give yourself enough wiggle room.
Sizing for Beaded styles -
Add 3/4" to 1 full inch to your "ACTUAL" wrist size to get the finished length. Note: Adding only 1/2" is NOT engough wiggle room.
Sizing for Interchangeable Strands (No Tag Included) -
Measure your current beaded strand from end of clasp to end of clasp to get your strand size. Or, if you do not own a beaded strand, but would like to purchase one, simply take the total length you would like your bracelet and subtract the length of your tag with rings stretched out. This will give you your strand size.
